Have a look at the Turin Palace hotel review – we stayed at this hotel in May 2021

Location

The Turin Palace Hotel has conveniently located a two-minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station, giving guests easy access to the airport, as well as around the city via subway and Northern Italy by mainline services. A wide variety of bars, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel, including Piazza Solferino at a 10-minute walk, and the Palazzo Reale and Cattedrale di San Giovanni Battista at 15 minutes. The location has surely helped to get a high score along with the Turin Palace Hotel review.

The city’s pretty historical centre, five minutes away, can easily be explored on foot, while a 10-minute walk west of the hotel is GAM, the city’s modern art gallery, featuring 20th-century masterpieces and a 19th-century collection displaying Piemontese and Italian paintings. Turin Airport is a 25- to 30-minute drive away, or 60 to 70 minutes by public transport. The hotel is on the edge of Turin’s ZTL, an area where car traffic is highly regulated, and parking spots nearby are few and far between. Garage parking is offered on-site, but it’s a bit pricey.

Let’s visit Turin

The restaurant at the Turin Palace Hotel

The Turin Palace Hotel has an excellent restaurant, named “Les Petites Madeleines” offering a high-class Piedmontese cuisine.

This is the ideal place where to enjoy dishes from the Piedmont tradition to experience original combinations.

We had a great experience in this restaurant, and we have been able to taste different dishes to have a good knowledge of the chef’s proposal. We believe this is the best part of the Turin Palace Hotel review.

Turing Palace Hotel review

Everything was perfect with this hotel. The location is very convenient as it is just opposite Turin station. And is at a walkable distance from all major sights. The room looks elegant. It has all the usual facilities plus a free soft drinks bar plus one snack daily. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was vast. We thoroughly enjoyed our Turin stay.

There was nothing to complain about with the Turin Palace Hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, the room was massive, clean and well equipped.

The location is great and the beautiful terrace is amazing, very suggested for an “aperitivo” before your dinner.

The hotel is highly recommended

Pros

– Great valet service and welcome
– Useful tips, recommendations and booking service from Front Desk
– Lovely spacious and clean room.
– Spa is small and simple and should be avoided at busy times as more than 6 people in the pool feel crowded and less intimate.
– Wish we could have stayed longer

Cons

–  The staff should be a bit more professional
